Experienced working in the government, education and not-for-profit sectors, she has proven success in developing and implementing strategies that create efficiencies, increase cost savings, reduce risk, and assist organisations meet their goals.

Kate has a genuine passion for fostering positive and effective workplace culture across diverse teams. Located in North Queensland, Kate enjoys performing in local theatre productions and embracing the tropical lifestyle with camping and scuba diving.
