Throughout his career, Kamlesh has held senior leadership positions at leading global organisations, including MYOB, Sage, Intuit, and Oracle. He has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, expanding into new markets, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through innovative commercial strategies and long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining Giuntabell, Kamlesh served as Chief Operating Officer of a Singapore-headquartered HRMS software provider and as a Partner at Mandala Search Partners, where he led the development of its Consulting and Fractional Services Division. These roles further strengthened his expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic advisory services.
