Australian Standards (AS/NZS ISO 31000:2018) recommend that organisations should have a framework that integrates the process for managing risk into the organisation's overall governance, strategy and planning, management, reporting processes, policies, values and culture.
Join the Kickstart Risk Management Program
To achieve the most from the program, it is important that our not-for-profit CFO expert has an understanding of your organisation’s vision, mission, values and goals. They will meet with the executive team to make sure that the objectives of the program are aligned with those of the organisation. This will allow them to tailor the program to meet your organisation’s desired outcomes.
The most effective way for an organisation to develop the adoption of AS/NZS ISO 31000 and thereby maximise the effectiveness of its risk management activities, is to conduct a gap analysis of the organisation’s risk management process to review and evaluate how well its risk management arrangements conform to AS/NZS ISO 31000. The gap analysis and actions arising from this will form the basis of the organisation’s risk management plan for how it will improve its risk management framework. Giuntabell will undertake a risk management GAP analysis.
