Nunzio Giunta CPA


Nunzio Giunta is the principal and founder of Guintabell and the driving force behind the expert care and CFO expertise it delivers. Passionate about enhancing the financial performance of charities and the non-profit sector, Nunzio cares for, protects and understands your organisation.  As a CPA qualified not-for-profit expert, Nunzio strongly believes that charities and not-for-profits that do good should be successful and he works to help your organisation succeed. His areas of speciality include financial reporting, systems implementation, revenue recognition, charity compliance, risk management, budgeting and forecasting.

Having operated at Board, CFO, CEO and Executive Management levels, sometimes concurrently, Nunzio is acutely aware of the importance of using innovative, flexible and adaptable approaches which deliver effective results efficiently. Nunzio can assist you to build financial capabilities within your organisation so that you can do more for the communities that you serve. Ian Scarborough CPA

Senior Management Accountant

Offering his expertise and industry insight, spanning more than 30 years, Ian Scarborough is a skilled accountant with Giuntabell, passionate about enhancing the financial performance of charities and the non-profit sector. Ian’s technical knowledge and strong attention to detail delivers an exceptional service, specialising in financial, risk management and strategic support, ensuring clients make the best financial decisions.

By looking ahead and reducing potential risks, Ian is able to optimise his client’s finances to ensure they thrive. Ian genuinely cares about his clients, showing compassion and kindness to every case he assists with.

When Ian isn’t in the office, his enjoys ballroom dancing, gardening and watching musicals.

Malcolm Godber CPA


With more than 30 years in the industry, Malcolm prides himself on driving client’s success in order to deliver change. Malcolm believes in building genuine client relationships, listening, taking on board feedback and continually improving the service he delivers.

By understanding your not-for-profit or charity, Malcolm can help to build your internal financial capabilities and improve risk management, thus helping you to make the best decisions. Always acting with integrity, valuing people and relationships, Malcolm will help his clients in celebrating their successes and embracing their challenges. Aside from his love of work, Malcolm enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

Lara Bell

Operations Manager

Self-motivated and passionate about the work she delivers, Operations Manager at Giuntabell, Lara Bell brings more than 25 years industry expertise to the company. As the chief Operations Manager, Lara works on project management of special projects as well as high-level strategic planning and operations.

Lara assists in providing expert advice and superior value to all clients, delivering the expertise you need to do more, with less. Lara understands the charity and non-profit sectors and knows how to find operational efficiencies and improve financial systems and performance.

When Lara isn’t in the office, she loves to volunteer at her children’s schools and be involved in local community projects.

Andrew Paton ASA

Systems Accountant

With 25 years’ experience in accounting, IT and systems implementation, Andrew Paton is an ambitious and driven systems accountant.

Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, Andrew’s key role and responsibility at Giuntabell include implementing Sage Intacct, and enhancing financial systems.

Andrew drives continuous improvement in financial and system processes and builds and maintains excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.

Troy Dundurs

Systems Accountant

With 20 years industry experience, Troy brings together his passion for accounting systems and his exceptional interpersonal skills to the team at Giuntabell. Striving for excellence and valuing a team environment, Troy’s key roles at Giuntabell are to assist in the implementation of Sage Intacct and accounting reporting to our valuable customers. Improving the process and time efficiency is his passion and what initially drew him to the role of Systems Accountant. With strong technical skills and exceptional communication skills, Troy’s role also includes systems support to month end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, business processes and systems analysis. Outside of work, Troy’s passions include spending quality time with his children, playing beach volleyball and enjoying a good book.

Kathryn Sadowski CPA

Financial Controller

Creating value, through meaningful financial reports for all stakeholders in the not-for-profit and charity sectors, is what drives Kathryn’s passion for customer success.

With extensive experience in the finance industry, spanning over 16 years, Kathryn has experience across the full spectrum of financial management and accounting functions.

Bringing to the table her corporate background to help not-for-profits and charities, she is highly skilled in creating management reports and developing new and insightful ways to look at financial results in a way that creates value and meaningful information for her clients.

Kathryn’s skills range from bank reconciliations to board reporting, filtering to financial reporting, debits to dashboards, and analysis to accounting standards.

Outside of the office, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family.

Narelle Jensen

Executive Assistant and Customer Service Manager

Passionate about enhancing the financial performance of charities and the not-for-profit sector, Narelle is a highly experienced administrator and executive assistant in the finance industry.

Professional and friendly in her approach to work, Narelle’s key duties at Giuntabell are to support Nunzio and to ensure that customer projects are delivered on time.  She provides support to the Giuntabell team while co-ordinating administration tasks for clients.

Narelle ensures the day-to-day operations at Giuntabell run smoothly so that customers’  organisational financial goals are achieved.

Narelle’s passions outside of work are photography and travel.
